Each piece of your personal puzzle will be assessed to improve health and prevent the complications of chronic diseases. I will help you make better choices so that you eat to feel great from the instead out using food as medicine.
When WE replaces I — illness becomes wellness
There are no “good” foods and “bad” foods, but there are better choices. If you are making better choices most of the time, your body and health will be better off. I focus on quality, not calories and make personal recommendations for your overall health and wellbeing. Like an Uber driver, I meet you where you are today and we personalize your route to take you where you want to be.

About Me
Jill Eisenberg, RDH, MS, RD, CDN is a Registered Dietitian and New York Certified Dietitian Nutritionist. She began her professional career as a Dental Hygienist, received a Bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition and Food, and a Master of Science degree in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology from Columbia University. Jill has a Clinical Nutrition background, as well as certifications in Integrative and Functional Nutrition; and Childhood, Adolescent, and Adult Weight Management. She has over 30 years experience in private practice with expertise in oral hygiene and its connection to health, wellness, weight management, sports nutrition, celiac disease/gluten free eating, and GI health. Jill believes that better health is achieved with better digestion and understands the frustration of trying to find answers to GI concerns as a practitioner and as a patient. Her passion is to teach people how to eat for better health, not how to diet. Jill is known for her personalized, real food first, lifestyle approach and only eliminates foods when medically necessary. She encourages the addition of healthful foods as opposed to restrictions, so that eating is more enjoyable while achieving health and wellness goals that can last a lifetime.
